The following sleep routine is suitable for babies between 6 and 9 months old:-

| 2pm | Nap (This nap should be 3 hours after your baby last awoke from previous nap) | 
| 3.30/4pm | Breast/Bottle Feed | 
| 4.30pm | Very short nap (20 mins) if your baby was awake before 3pm from second nap | 
| 5.00pm | Dinner/Tea | 
| 6.00pm | Bedtime wind down | 
| 6.15pm | Breastfeed/Bottle in living area | 
| 7.00pm | Bedtime |
