| 4.30pm | Very short nap (20 mins) if your baby was awake before 3pm from second nap |
| 5.00pm | Dinner/Tea |
| 6.00pm | Bedtime wind down |
| 6.15pm | Breastfeed/Bottle in living area |
| 7.00pm | Bedtime |
