The following sleep routine is suitable for babies between 4 and 5 months old:-
|11am||Breastfeed/Bottle first then first tastes.|
|2.15pm||Awake then Feed|
|4.20pm||Short 20 minute nap if your baby did not sleep well at lunch time.|
|6.00pm||Breastfeed/Bottle then offered some baby rice and if you like with fruit puree that your baby has already had successfully at lunch on a previous occasion.|
(3 hours total daytime sleep)
If you find at 7am your child is not hungry for his bottle/breakfast, this would be an indication that you can reduce/cut out the 10/10.30 feed.
