The following sleep routine is suitable for babies between 2 and 3 months old:-

7am Awake, Breastfeed/bottle
8.30/9am Nap – Max 2 hours
10.30/11am Breastfeed/Bottle
12.30/1pm Your baby should be going for their 2nd nap,  2 hours after wakening from their first nap.
2.30/3pm Breastfeed/Bottle
4.15pm Nap
5.00pm Awake
6.00pm Calm Time
6.15pm Breastfeed/Bottle
6.45 Bedtime
10.30pm Breastfeed/Bottle

(4 hrs sleep in total)

At this stage it is worth introducing water during the day from time to time between feeds as sometimes your baby may be thirsty rather than hungry.

If your baby wakes at about 5am and seems hungry but then does not drink well at 7am I would advise that you start offering water at 5am instead of milk.
